She possesses banking experience. Also passionate about Rural Development & Community upliftment. IRMSA (Associate), and Association-for-Information-Systems Member. Her Thesis is on Digital Transformation Governance. She holds Non-Executive Director position on diverse governance structures like: Sci-Bono Discovery Centre (as the first female Deputy Chairman), Public Sector Accountancy & Auditing Academy (PSAAA)( as the Board Chairman), Sasol Oil, SABS, Vice President of South African Dental Technicians Council, former Board Chairman of ECDC, to name a few.

Ms. Madileng is an Audit Manager at the AGSA (With more than 10 years of experience at a managerial position and overall of 18- years’ experience in auditing). Currently the Chairperson of the SAIGA GP Regional Committee and a member of the Global Enterprise Development Committee (GEDC).
